Over
8,200 participants took part in the 2005, 2nd Annual Mississauga
Marathon.
CADRE
had participated in 2004, and we were all looking forward to another
great event.
The
special aspect of the marathon is the overwhelming response from the
runners.
They
emotionally connect with the sound of rudimental field drums.
It
provided an impetus to keep goingÉ a boostÉ that extra lift when they
need it most.
Almost
every runner acknowledged us as they passed. Most waved, or gave a Òthumbs-upÓ, or called-out to us to Òkeep
playingÉ itÕs greatÉ itÕs what we needÉÓ
CADRE
is proud to support the Mississauga Marathon and has been invited back
for a 3rd consecutive year. Thank
you to everyone at Landmark Sports Group for their hospitality and
generosity.
